Booking Confirmation and Payment:
Upon acceptance of our proposed itinerary and quote, a non-refundable deposit of [percentage]% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
Full payment of the tour cost is due [number] days prior to the tour commencement date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment gateway as specified by us.
Cancellations and Refunds:

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the tour cost will be provided, or an alternative tour date will be offered.
Amendments to Itinerary:
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to factors such as weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any significant changes requested by the client to the itinerary after booking confirmation may incur additional costs. We will notify you of any additional charges before proceeding with the changes.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, personal accidents, baggage loss, and trip cancellations.
We do not provide travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange adequate insurance coverage before the tour commencement date.
Health and Safety:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in the activities included in the tour.
Clients should consult a healthcare professional for advice on vaccinations and health precautions specific to their travel destination.
Liability:
We act as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other suppliers providing services included in your tour package. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by these suppliers.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts of terrorism, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control.
Travel Documents and Entry Requirements:
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents required for entry into Sri Lanka.
We will provide general guidance on entry requirements, but clients are responsible for obtaining the correct documentation for their travel.
Disputes:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and handled in the courts of Sri Lanka.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their preferences, special requests, dietary requirements, and any other relevant details at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and regulations during their tour.
Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
